The purpose of this workshop is to:

wpe1.jpg (2399 bytes)promote greater self awareness to medical personnel by identifying and managing both common and medical stressors.

wpe1.jpg (2399 bytes)To empower medical personnel with the medical knowledge of why the body is reacting to a stressor and how, with the aid of guided hypnosis, to de-stress and get back to homeostasis as well as use triggers and thought processes to improve future responses to similar stressful situations.

The tools provided by Sue and Paul Blosser will teach you how to make use of the mind/body connection to heal and reduce reactions to stress, both professionally and personally.  Through guided hypnosis, you will learn how to get to sleep faster, allow the activities of the day to release, get excited about going to work, have stress-free test taking abilities and recover from trauma.

Included with this workshop are two guided hypnosis CDs especially created for this workshop by your presenters.       $60, (*4 NCEs)
